"I can’t give enough thanks to Garnet and her staff. Every few of years , I’d glance around at prices. I had my previous insurance company for 20+ years, and had no claims. I would never switched just to save $100, as I still Believe in loyalty. Anyway, I ran into Garnet at an outside public event. We chatted and I decided to let Garnet give me a price quote. Garnet saved me close to $1000 ! (on home / auto) and got even more coverage! Now the good news, 1.5 years ago I got into my 1st accident after 42 years on the road. At red light, a full size SUV driver driver fell asleep at the wheel, at highway speed . 4 cars stopped at the red light we’re crushed ! I was knocked unconscious, with multiple fractures, I awoke in a Manhasset Hospital’s trauma center. My iPhone, thankfully notified my emergency contacts that it had detected a collision. To make a short story long, Garnet was amazing to my family and especially with my brother ( i’m single ) . Garnet worked with brother, He had to obtain police report for Garnet , and arrange getting my belongings that could be salvaged out of my totaled car in tow yard. All while I was hospitalized I must say Garnet & State Farm were amazing. State Farm gave me a very generous amount for my totaled car, out of their pocket and pursued their reimbursement from the SUV’s insurance company, as well as getting my deductible back. I missed six months of work and State Farm was always there for me. Garnet now provided insurance on my replacement car, when I was recovered enough to drive again. Garnet’s agency was tremendous , as was State Farm. 100% dedication ! From my medical bills from 2 weeks in the hospital and rehab and follow up testing, to my replacement vehicle. You folks are amazing ! Another amazing fact, on the treatment I received, I was only with Garnet’s agency for less than two years when I had this accident. Garnet treated me like I was with her for 30 years. Thank You."

"I signed up with them because of the good reviews, but I can tell you that this office is messed up. First, they are terrible communicators. You can send an e-mail to them on a policy change, and it will go completely unacknowledged until you call them and ask them to find your e-mail and read it. Second, I have been with State Farm for over 20 years (with one break in the middle). I have successfully navigated rate hikes with every agent I have worked with. This office sends you the bill and leaves you high and dry without explanation or assistance, on a $65/month increase (and perfect driving and credit). Third, you will speak to Garnet herself ONCE and then that's it. For any policy related changes or issues, you're on your own with either State Farm corporate, or one of the staff in her office (see item 1 for why this is a problem). I really wanted to like this office too -- Garnet seemed nice in the beginning, took my business on a Saturday when that was the only time I had to work on something like this. But then it all fell flat with communication, initiative, and general customer service. I'm sorry about having to write this bad review, but it's long overdue for the laissez-faire, hands-off treatment I've been given in this office."

For this reason, I personally train and only employ team members who are licensed and able to handle all communications and issues that may arise. I will take this feedback into consideration to improve our customer service and ensure that all staff members are readily available to assist with any policy-related changes or issues that our customers may have and continue to provide a remarkable customer experience.
